The "One Day" in classroom session will be held at the CHELSEA SOLDIERS HOME, 3rd floor, Main Hospital, (Human Resources Training Room) in Chelsea MA. , on Saturday April 21, 2012. Start time 8:30am. This 8 hour classroom session along with the at-home 4-6 hour A.H.A "Core" Computer Training Module will fulfill all the requirements of the American Heart Association's "NEW" 2010 Training Curriculum.

STUDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THEIR CORE CERTIFICATE, ALONG WITH FIRST COURSE MONITORING FORM AFTER THIS COURSE IS COMPLETED. THEY WILL THEN RECEIVE THIER INSTRUCTOR CREDENTIALS AND BECOME FULLY CERTIFIED.

PRE-REQUISITE FOR ENROLLMENT:
Students must possess a current A.H.A. B.L.S. Certification in HealthCare Professional OR A.H.A. Heartsaver /AED OR an American Red Cross equivalent CPR Course Card. Applicants must be at least 17 years of age.
All applicants are required to have their own Instructor Manuals for this course.

COST OF PROGRAM:
The cost of this program will be $125.00, this cost includes your required "CORE" Instructors Manual, a Two (2) year A.H.A. Instructor Certification level in BLS-Health Care Provider or Heartsaver Instructors Certification, along with Instructor Certifications in both A.H.A. A.E.D. and First Aid Instructor. Cost also includes all handout materials,coffee breaks and a Two Year Membership in EMT-TA's American Heart Associations Community Training Center.

FILING DEADLINE:
Please return your registration form by 12 noon on Monday April 16, 2012.
Upon receipt of your Registration Form, along with your fee of $125.00 (checks only) and a copy of your current C.P.R. Certification Card, you will be enrolled in the program.
